Save PDF

Click Save PDF to rebuild the file with your new page order, then download the reorganized document.

Under the hood

How reordering works

Your PDF is rendered page-by-page into thumbnail images using pdfjs-dist, giving you a visual preview to work with. When you drag to reorder or delete pages, the UI updates instantly. When you save, pdf-lib copies the original pages in your chosen order into a new PDF document, no re-encoding, full quality preserved. The result is created as a Blob in your browser and offered via a Save dialog.

Privacy by architecture

Your PDF never leaves your browser.

All reordering and deletion runs locally via pdfjs-dist and pdf-lib
No file data is transmitted to any server, logged, or stored
We cannot see, access, or retain your files at any point
Close the tab and your file is gone, nothing persists
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does reordering pages affect quality?
No. Pages are copied as-is from the original PDF, no re-encoding or re-compression. Text, images, and vector graphics are all preserved perfectly.
Can I delete pages?
Yes. Hover any page thumbnail and click the × button to remove it. The page is excluded from the saved PDF.
Can I undo a deleted page?
Not within the tool, refresh the page and re-upload your original PDF if you accidentally delete a page.
Is there a page limit?
No hard limit, the tool works in your browser so performance depends on your device. PDFs with hundreds of pages may take a few seconds to render thumbnails.
Can I also add pages from another PDF?
Not yet. For combining PDFs, use the Merge PDF tool, then come back here to reorder as needed.
Does this work on mobile?
Yes. Drag-and-drop works on touch screens. Tap and hold a thumbnail to start dragging.
Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. All processing happens locally in your browser using pdfjs-dist and pdf-lib. Your file never leaves your device.
